Introducing the fabulous Beata Alexsandrowichz, Ingo Schweder, Neil Hewerdine & Tanya Wheway.  Four incredible industry leaders and pioneers that elevate the industry and bring passion and purpose to all that they do...

We look back at the question:

What do you believe the principles of a successful business are today?

Beata Alexsandrowichz, Founder Pure Massage

Q2 - What do you believe the principles of a successful business are today?

To be ethical is key today. Very soon we will all agree with Buckminster Fuller who
said that we are all on a spaceship called earth and we need to take care of it for the
good of everyone. We can’t keep wasting our resources, plundering our planet or
even have the luxury of wars. We are all one in this spaceship. Therefore, successful
business needs absolutely to be based on the wellness of everyone, for the good of
everyone. Fortunately there is a global movement taking place, driven by a new
generation of diverse entrepreneurs, who believe the world can and must change.
These creative entrepreneurs are launching dynamic new enterprises that offer
innovative solutions to our most pressing social and environmental challenges.
Tomorrow’s unicorns will be those businesses who deliver strong social and
environmental impact, alongside compelling financial returns.

Ingo Schweder,Founder & CEO of GOCO Hospitality and Managing Director of Horwath HTL Health and Wellness,

Q2 - What do you believe the principles of a successful business are today?

Successful business requires a constant and detailed following of market trends. This allows you to identify unmet needs in the market. Then allows you to create a company that meets those needs with a diversified group of professionals. My mantra is: never give up – believe in your ideas.

Tanya Wheway, Chairman at Wheway Lifestyle International

Q2 - What do you believe the principles of a successful business are today?

Interestingly this leads on very well from my answer in question one. We now live very much in an integrated global world and life is fast changing. We need to be able to embrace change, be resilient, take in the whole picture, be quick to recognise opportunities and be prepared to step outside our comfort zone. We also need to be prepared to learn new skills and take on new roles, especially with us now being expected to work well into our sixties and even seventies.
